1. Franchise Fee

✓ ₹1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) as a one-time franchise fee for obtaining a license to conduct Certificate and Advanced Diploma courses, along with franchise affiliation from NCTA INDIA.

2. Franchise Inquiry & Inspection

✓ An advance amount of ₹5,000/- is payable at the time of franchise inquiry. This amount will cover the initial inspection of the proposed centre premises and location by an authorized NCTA INDIA inspector.

If the inspection report is positive: The remaining franchise fee shall be paid at the time of execution of the franchise agreement.

If the inspection report is negative: Applicable travel expenses, including bus fare, and ₹3,000/- towards inspection-related expenses will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

3. Payment Mode

✓ Payments shall be made either in cash or through an Account Payee instrument in favour of NCTA INDIA – National Council of Training Academy.

4. Best Centre Award

✓ NCTA INDIA may recognize and award the Best Performing Centre on a yearly basis in appreciation of its performance and contribution.

5. Faculty Training & Examination

✓ NCTA INDIA conducts regular training and orientation programs for faculty members at its Head Office and Regional Offices. Centralized examinations are conducted after each module by the NCTA INDIA Examination Department under its supervision and monitoring.
