Commission:
Franchisees will receive a commission on the MRP on each course after deducting the GST. Note: Franchise has to clear all the pending fees within the first week of each month.

Franchisees Receive Free Advertisements Valued at A Minimum of Rs.5,000 For Each Franchise.
Free Leaflets:
Franchisees Are Provided With 2000 Leaflets Before Starting the Centre and An Additional 1000 Leaflets After the Opening of The Centre. These Leaflets Are Valuable Marketing Materials for Promoting the Education Centre.
Free Prospectus:
Franchisees Receive 10 Copies of The Prospectus, Admission Forms, And 2 Banners. The Prospectus Serves as A Comprehensive Guide for Potential Students, Providing Information About Courses Offered and Other Relevant Details.
Sample And Syllabus:
Franchisees will receive Samples of Study Materials, Syllabus And Sample Certificates. This Allows Franchisees to Familiarize Themselves with The Educational Content.
Copy Of ISO Certificate, Syllabus, Courseware:
Franchisees Receive a Copy of The ISO Certificate, Syllabus, And Courseware Via Email. This Ensures That Franchisees Have Access to The Necessary Documentation and Materials for The Operation of The Education Centre.
Online Admission & Billing Software:
Franchisees Are Provided with Online Admission and Billing Software. This Software Facilitates the Management of Student Admissions and Billing Processes, Streamlining Administrative Tasks.
This Package of Offerings Is Designed to Provide Support to Franchisees in Various Aspects, Including Marketing, Materials, Training, And Administrative Tools. It Demonstrates a Commitment to Helping Franchisees Establish and Operate Successful NCTA Education Centres.
Pre-Opening Centre Support :
- Site finalization, layout of the floor plan, infrastructure development, interior designing.
- Design of signage and direction boards and proper mounting.
- Organizing press conference, preparation of press release.
- Designing of the launch advertising campaign.
- Interview, selection & recruitment of front office staff like receptionist, counselors, business executives, back office executives, etc.
- Installation of the computers and setting up of labs.
- Complete training of the counselors and other marketing staff.
- Academic managers shall be instrumental in selection of the faculty members.
- Our franchise support managers shall visit your centers every month for the planning of the marketing activity for the current and the next month and ensure that the plans are executed effectively.
Academic Support :
- Regular bi-monthly visits to each Centre by Quality Controller (QC).
- The Quality Controller keeps a regular control on the conduction of the courses.
- NCTA INDIA conducts regular training of the faculty at the Head Office & the Regional Offices. Centralized examination after every Module is conducted by the NCTA INDIA examination department under its close monitoring.
- Syllabus and reading materials are provided by the NCTA.
- Examinations will be taken in the online Learning Management System, provided by NCTA.
Franchise Fees :
- Franchisee Fees: 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand only) to become the admission collection centre for the Certificate Courses , Diploma Courses, Advance Diploma courses & B.Voc Courses.
- Payments will be made either in cash or through account payee, in favour of the NATIONAL COUNCIL OF TRAINING ACADEMY.
