Cancellation & Refund Policy

At National Council of Training Academy (NCTA), we are committed to ensuring student satisfaction and maintaining a clear and transparent cancellation and refund process.
01. Refund Policy for NCTA Courses
✓ If you decide to cancel your enrollment within 7 days of admission, you are eligible for a refund after a deduction of 40% as a seat booking fee.
✓ Important: No refunds will be provided after the 7-day period, regardless of the reason.
02. Refund Policy for University-Affiliated Courses
✓ For courses where NCTA acts solely as a counsellor and the fees are paid directly to the university, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
✓ This is because all such payments are made directly to the respective universities and are governed by their applicable policies.
03. Cancellation Process
✓ To cancel your enrollment, please contact our support team at info@nctaindia.in.
✓ Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund accordingly, if applicable.
04. Refund Processing
✓ Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
05. Course Access
✓ Access to course materials will be revoked immediately upon cancellation.
06. Data Handling
✓ Upon cancellation, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
