Final Cancellation and Refund Policy

At National Council of Training Academy, we are committed to ensuring student satisfaction and providing a clear and transparent refund and cancellation policy.
Refund Policy for NCTA Courses
If you decide to cancel your enrollment within 7 days of admission, you are eligible for a refund after a deduction of 40% as a seat booking fee.
No refunds will be provided after the 7-day period, regardless of the reason.
Refund Policy for University-Affiliated Courses
For courses where NCTA acts solely as a counsellor and the fees are paid directly to the university, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This is because all such payments are made to the respective universities and are governed by their policies.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your enrollment, please log into your account and follow the cancellation steps, or contact our support team at info@nctaindia.in.
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund accordingly, if applicable.
Refund Processing
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment processor.
Course Access
Access to course materials will be revoked immediately upon cancellation.
Data Handling
Upon cancellation, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
