IndiGo is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Manpower Planning team in the engineering vertical. The role involves developing and implementing short- and long-term manpower plans, ensuring optimal workforce utilization, and analyzing staffing requirements across engineering sub-functions.

The selected candidate will work closely with engineering business leaders and department heads to understand staffing needs, create workforce planning and succession models, and develop annual recruitment plans aligned with business strategy and budgets. Responsibilities also include assisting with recruitment strategies, manpower budgeting, and recommending solutions to recruitment challenges. The position requires an AME Diploma or B.Tech qualification along with strong technical skills in Excel, VBA, Macros, and PowerPoint.
