Sidhakala Group of Industries is hiring experienced MIG Welders for its production unit in Bhosari, Pune. The role involves performing high-quality welding operations on sheet metal components in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up welding equipment by adjusting amperage, voltage, gas flow, and wire feed speed
Prepare materials by cutting, cleaning, and fitting metal parts before welding
Perform MIG welding on sheet metal components with precision
Inspect finished welds for defects such as cracks, porosity, or misalignment
Maintain compliance with safety standards including 5S, Kaizen, and EHS protocols
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Requirements:
Experience in MIG welding preferred
Ability to handle welding equipment and tools efficiently
Understanding of industrial safety practices
Physically fit and detail-oriented
