Haier Appliances has released a job opening for Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at its Greater Noida location. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, business planning, and variance analysis.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analysing balance sheets and profit & loss accounts, managing Capex and Opex planning, and supporting executive management with strategic financial insights. Candidates should also have experience in project feasibility studies, ROI analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

Perform financial planning and analysis for balance sheets and P&L accounts
Prepare financial statements including cash flow reports
Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Handle Capex & Opex planning activities
Prepare business continuity and project feasibility reports
Perform ROI, NPV, sensitivity, trend, and competitor analysis
Coordinate with finance teams including payroll, costing, taxation, receivables, and payables
Develop dashboards and performance reports for management review
Analyse actual vs projected financial performance and recommend corrective actions
 

Eligibility Criteria
 

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required
4 to 8 years of relevant FP&A experience
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Ability to solve complex business and financial problems
