📢 NOTICE: Updated Refund Policy

This is to inform all students and stakeholders that the National Council of Training Academy (NCTA) has revised its refund policy, effective immediately. Please read the updated terms carefully:

For All Courses Offered Directly by NCTA:      

• Students may apply for a refund within 7 days of admission.    
• A 40% deduction will be applied as a seat booking fee.
• No refund will be processed after 7 days from the date of admission.

For University-Affiliated Courses (Where NCTA Acts as a Counsellor):

• No refund will be provided under any circumstances. 
• This is because the full course fee is paid directly to the respective university and is governed by the university’s policies.   

We advise all students to review the course details and fee policies thoroughly before completing the admission process.
