1. Eligibility for Shipping
Certificates will be shipped to candidates who:
- Successfully pass the exam.
- Have made the full payment for the exam.
2. Shipping Method
Certificates are dispatched via India Post to the candidate's registered address.
3. Delivery Details
- Estimated Delivery Time: Certificates are usually delivered within 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch. However, this may vary depending on the location and postal service delays.
- Tracking: India Post will provide a tracking number for your shipment. You will receive the tracking details via email once your certificate is dispatched.
4. Address Requirements
- Please ensure that your registered address is correct and up-to-date. Address changes must be reported to our support team before the certificate is dispatched.
- Certificates will only be sent to the address provided during registration.
5. Lost or Delayed Certificates
If you have not received your certificate within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team at info@nctaindia.in. We will investigate the matter and assist you in resolving the issue. In cases of loss, we will arrange for a replacement certificate to be issued.
6. Additional Charges
There are no additional shipping charges for certificate delivery. The cost is included in the exam fee.
