Our Commitment

NCTA is committed to ensuring that candidates who successfully complete their examinations receive their certificates promptly and securely.

01. Eligibility for Shipping

✓ Candidates must successfully pass the required examination.

✓ Full payment for the examination must be completed before certificate dispatch.

02. Shipping Method

✓ Certificates will be dispatched through India Post to the registered address provided by the candidate.

03. Delivery Details

✓ Estimated Delivery Time: Certificates are generally delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on the location and postal service delays.

✓ Tracking Information: India Post provides a tracking number for dispatched certificates. Tracking details will be shared through email once the certificate has been dispatched.

04. Address Requirements

✓ Candidates must ensure that their registered address is correct and up to date.

✓ Any change of address should be communicated before the certificate is dispatched.

✓ Certificates will be sent only to the address provided during registration.

05. Lost or Delayed Certificates

✓ If the certificate is not received within 14 business days from the date of dispatch, candidates should contact info@nctaindia.in.

✓ NCTA will investigate the delivery status and provide appropriate assistance.

✓ In cases where a certificate is confirmed as lost, a replacement certificate may be arranged as applicable.

06. Additional Charges

✓ No additional shipping charges will be collected from candidates. The shipping cost is included in the applicable examination fee.
