    License & Branding

    Franchisee receives a non-exclusive license to operate under the NCTA name, brand, and academic system, and must follow all official operational standards.

    Term of Agreement

    Franchise tenure is 3 years, renewable for additional 3-year periods subject to compliance with current NCTA policies.

  3. 3

    Franchise Fee

    A one-time franchise fee of ₹30,000 or $500 (for International Organisations) is payable at the time of agreement execution.

    Student Registration & Course Fees

    Franchisees must submit registration fees and course fees for each admitted student as per NCTA's approved fee structure. A static percentage of the course fees is payable to NCTA as registration fees.

  5. 5

    Training & Support

    NCTA provides initial training, ongoing support, and access to admission/billing software. Franchisee and staff must complete required training.

  6. 6

    Pre-Opening Support

    NCTA assists with site setup guidance, marketing support, front-office recruitment, lab setup, and other launch activities.

  7. 7

    Quality Standards

    Franchisee must strictly follow NCTA's curriculum, academic standards, branding rules, and maintain required infrastructure and student support quality.

  8. 8

    Marketing Compliance

    All marketing and advertising must follow NCTA's branding guidelines. Major campaigns require franchisor approval.

  9. 9

    Confidentiality & Non-Compete

    Franchisee must protect all NCTA materials and information and cannot run or associate with a competing education business during the contract and for 3 years post-termination.

  10. 10

    Minimum Performance Requirement

    Franchise centres must register at least 20 students per year. Failure may trigger notice and potential termination.

  11. 11

    Termination Conditions

    NCTA may terminate the agreement for non-payment, non-compliance, operational abandonment, insolvency, or repeated violation of standards. All NCTA branding and materials must be discontinued immediately upon termination.

  12. 12

    Post-Termination Obligations

    After termination, the franchisee must stop using NCTA's name, return all materials, and refrain from running a similar competing institution for 1 year.
