Kotak Mahindra Bank is inviting applications for the position of Relationship Officer – Kotak 811 Digital Sales in Gurugram. This is a full-time, permanent, field-based role, ideal for candidates with experience in field sales and customer acquisition. Women candidates and women returning to work are preferred.
The selected candidates will be responsible for 100% field-based acquisition of Savings and Current Accounts through open market activities such as canopy drives, cold calling, referrals, and market sourcing. The role also includes cross-selling financial products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, SIPs, Personal Loans, Fixed Deposits, and Credit Cards.
Candidates will work within assigned geographical locations to meet acquisition and sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with banking processes and service standards.
