Thermax is inviting applications for the role of Facility Manager – Utility & Plant Operations at its Bengaluru (Bommasandra), Karnataka location. This is a full-time permanent position suitable for candidates with 6–11 years of experience in plant operations and facility management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring smooth functioning of thermic fluid heaters (TFH), compressors, chillers, and other utility systems. The role includes managing manpower, ensuring timely maintenance and repair of machinery, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.

Key responsibilities also involve monitoring energy consumption patterns, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining high productivity standards across the facility. Candidates should have strong experience in utility maintenance, plant operations, and resource management.

Applicants must hold a Diploma or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
