Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is hiring an experienced Data Scientist (5+ Years) to join its Advanced Analytics and Modeling team. The role requires strong expertise in both Data Science and Data Engineering, with hands-on experience in Python, machine learning, statistical analysis, and production-grade model deployment.

Key responsibilities include developing and deploying machine learning models for classification, regression, and clustering, performing statistical analysis, designing predictive analytics solutions, and building optimized data pipelines using Airflow. The role also involves ensuring data quality through robust ETL processes, deploying models using Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI, and leveraging containerization tools like Docker.

Candidates will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and create interactive dashboards using Python-based visualization tools such as Plotly, Dash, or Streamlit. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, version control (Git), and workflow orchestration is essential.

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role under the Data Science & Analytics department within the IT Services & Consulting industry, suitable for professionals with at least 5 years of experience in data science and data engineering.
