Rapido is inviting applications for the role of Booking Help Desk Intern – Customer Support for its on-ground operations in Jaipur and Delhi / NCR. This is a part-time, freelance/homebased position, ideal for 12th pass or undergraduate students looking to gain hands-on experience in customer support and operations.
The selected interns will assist passengers with booking Rapido Bike, Auto, and Cab rides through the Rapido app. Responsibilities include helping new users with app installation and registration, providing fare estimates and pickup information, managing passenger flow during peak hours at railway stations, and resolving basic customer queries.
Candidates should have good communication skills in the local language along with basic Hindi/English, be comfortable using smartphones, and be willing to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment, including weekends and holidays. The role focuses on delivering a positive and professional customer experience while supporting Rapido’s on-ground operations.
