IDFC FIRST Bank is inviting applications for the role of Associate Manager – Acquisition (Household Banking) for its Branch Banking operations across Noida, Greater Noida, and Delhi NCR. This is a full-time, permanent front-line sales role focused on acquiring Savings Account (CASA) customers.
The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying potential customers within assigned catchment areas, acquiring high-quality savings account relationships, onboarding customers onto digital banking platforms, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves generating referrals, supporting branch initiatives, and building long-term customer relationships.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 0–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the BFSI sector. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and familiarity with digital banking platforms are essential.
