Ola Electric is hiring Area Sales Managers to lead multi-store EV retail and service operations across India, focusing on sales growth, customer experience, profitability, and team leadership.
Full Job Details:
Ola Electric is inviting applications for the role of Area Sales Manager to oversee sales, service, and operational excellence across multiple EV retail stores and service centers. This leadership role carries complete commercial ownership of the assigned area, including revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales performance and revenue generation across stores and service centres
Own and manage area-level P&L, cost efficiency, and commercial metrics
Lead customer experience initiatives and own Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Ensure operational excellence and L1 compliance across locations
Mentor store managers and build a strong leadership pipeline
Track key performance indicators including sales targets, joint calls, and service quality
Eligibility & Skills:
5–8 years of experience in sales, retail operations, or automotive/EV sales
Experience managing multi-store operations and service centers
Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred
