Asian Paints is inviting applications for the role of Executive – Services at its Indore location. The position focuses on managing field sales operations, leading customer and sales associates, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Lead and monitor Customer Associates (CA) and Sales Associates (SA) to ensure performance and process compliance
Track daily activities, site visits, and follow-ups using the Paint Assist app
Monitor business collections and achievement of monthly sales targets
Ensure timely lead assignment and conversion
Handle escalated customer and dealer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels
Conduct in-store and on-site training for new associates
Guide teams on pitching and converting focus products
Perform random site visits to ensure adherence to application and safety processes
Execute business generation initiatives in the assigned territory

Eligibility Criteria:
 

Graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks throughout academics
1–2 years of experience in a sales function
Strong leadership, monitoring, and customer-handling skills
