Full Job Details: 

Marriott is seeking a Carpenter – Hotel Maintenance with 1–4 years of experience for its Bengaluru location. The role involves responding to guest repair requests, performing preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, inspecting and repairing electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, and general building systems, and maintaining maintenance inventory.

The candidate will be responsible for surface preparation, painting, drywall and wood trim repair, basic troubleshooting of equipment, and ensuring safety and compliance with company standards. The job also includes communication across shifts, maintaining guest satisfaction, following safety protocols, and supporting hotel engineering operations.

Preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma or G.E.D, experience in general maintenance or hotel engineering, and possession of a valid Driver’s License. The position is full-time and permanent, and Marriott promotes equal opportunity employment.
