Havells India Ltd is inviting applications for the role of Solar Module Sales Lead (AGM/DGM) at its Head Office (Renewables – Solar Business Unit) in Noida / Greater Noida. This full-time permanent position is designed for experienced professionals with 7–10 years of experience in solar module sales or business development.

The role focuses on driving MW-scale solar module sales across Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), EPC companies, project developers, and utility-scale solar projects across India. The incumbent will be responsible for revenue generation, customer acquisition, contract negotiations, and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities include building and managing a strong sales pipeline, negotiating Module Sales Agreements (MSAs), coordinating with factories for inspections and shipments, and ensuring timely payments through LC and advance mechanisms. The role also requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, finance, legal, and manufacturing teams to align sales plans with production and cost structures.

Candidates must have strong knowledge of MNRE guidelines, state solar policies, DISCOM processes, and solar technical concepts such as PR calculations, BOM cost structures, CAPEX/OPEX, RESCO, and PPA models. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and financial acumen are essential. Extensive travel across India is expected.
