Full Job Details:
Xpressbees is inviting applications for the position of Desktop Support Engineer at its Rajkot and Surat locations. The role involves providing hands-on IT support to end users and ensuring smooth functioning of desktop systems and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide desktop and laptop support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Resolve LAN connectivity issues using networking tools
Install and configure Windows operating systems
Configure Outlook email clients
Perform routine maintenance such as antivirus updates and disk monitoring
Eligibility & Skills:
1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support or a similar role
ITI or Diploma in IT (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation and configuration
Experience with Outlook configuration and LAN troubleshooting
Understanding of TCP/IP networking basics
Employment Type:
Full Time – Temporary / Contractual
