Advantmed is hiring for the position of Quality Executive – Voice Process (BPO Healthcare) in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. This is a full-time permanent role suitable for candidates with 1–4 years of experience in call center quality analysis.
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating inbound and outbound calls, ensuring adherence to quality standards, compliance guidelines, and customer experience benchmarks. The role involves auditing calls, analyzing performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR), and providing structured feedback to agents and team leaders.
Key responsibilities include identifying quality gaps, preparing reports and dashboards, conducting calibration sessions, and supporting training programs. The candidate will also work closely with operations and training teams to drive continuous process improvement.
Applicants must have strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills, along with knowledge of call center tools, CRM systems, and MS Excel. A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
