Big Boy Toyz is seeking an experienced Manager – Head Ayurvedic Sourcing & Quality for its operations in Gurugram. The role involves sourcing ayurvedic products from manufacturers while ensuring strict quality and regulatory compliance. The candidate will conduct supplier audits, manage stakeholder relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost optimization, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products within budgeted inventory levels.
The ideal candidate should have 3–7 years of experience in pharma sourcing or related fields, preferably in Ayurveda, nutraceuticals, herbal, wellness, or fitness industries. A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification (BAMS/B.Pharma) is required, with M.Pharma or Ph.D being advantageous. Knowledge of Ayurveda principles is preferred but not mandatory.
The position is full-time and permanent, offering a salary range of ₹3.5–5 LPA, with 4 openings available.
