Wipro Ltd is hiring for a Premium UK International Voice Process role based in Gurugram, Delhi/NCR. The position involves handling customer and employee queries, validating flexible work and leave requests, managing approvals as per SOPs, maintaining SLAs, processing documentation, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience. Candidates will work in UK shifts with one-side cab (drop facility) provided.
Applicants should have 0–2 years of experience in customer service, HR helpdesk, or voice/email/chat-based support roles. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office are required. Graduates from non-technical backgrounds are eligible, while B.Tech and postgraduate candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience. This is a full-time, permanent role in Wipro’s IT Services & Consulting division.
