Toast is seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer – MLOps to join its Engineering – Software & QA team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on building, deploying, and maintaining scalable machine learning and data pipeline infrastructure.

The role involves designing robust MLOps pipelines, integrating machine learning models into production systems, and developing large-scale data architectures to support reliable model deployment. The engineer will collaborate closely with data engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, high data quality, and optimal model performance.

Key responsibilities include implementing automated testing and validation frameworks, troubleshooting complex issues related to model performance, and maintaining high engineering standards in fast-paced environments.

🎯 Key Requirements: 

Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++
Experience with MLOps tools and technologies
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core computer science
Experience with data pipelines, automated testing, and machine learning systems
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills

Candidates must hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline and be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
