Flipkart India Private Limited is inviting applications for the role of Customer Experience Coach – Learning & Development at its Bengaluru Last Mile Delivery Hub. This full-time, permanent position focuses on training execution, capability building, and improving customer experience through data-driven learning initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end training including induction, refresher, and new process training
Ensure 100% accuracy and maintenance of data in CQ and LMS platforms
Drive learning programs within the assigned SOC
Identify knowledge gaps and support improvement of business metrics through training
Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and Training Need Analysis (TNA)
Collaborate with stakeholders for effective training delivery
🔹 Skills & Eligibility
Education: Graduate / MBA
Experience: 1–3 years
Mandatory Skills: MIS expertise, facilitation, execution excellence, communication skills, coaching, training
Preferred Skills: Advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint
Languages: Kannada (mandatory), other South Indian languages preferred
