Overview

The Advance Diploma in Operations Management is a comprehensive two-year/ 4 semester course that provides all the necessary technical skills as well as comprehensive knowledge to take a step towards success in operations. 

During the program, students are expected to develop a broad understanding of the essential principles, methods and procedures of operations management across multiple sectors. Topics like supply chain management, production planning, inventory control, quality assurance and projects are covered in the curriculum. Students will go beyond the basics to more advanced topics such as strategic operations, lean management and the Six Sigma approach to process improvement, how technology is integrated into operations.
