Full Job Details:
Amazon is hiring Customer Support Executives for its International Voice Process in Delhi NCR. This is a full-time permanent work-from-office opportunity for candidates with strong English communication skills. Both freshers and experienced BPO candidates are welcome to apply.
Selected candidates will handle customer interactions through voice support processes while maintaining high-quality customer service standards. Applicants must be comfortable with rotational night shifts, flexible week-offs, and working from office locations in New Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum educational qualification is 10+2 (12th Pass)
Graduates and postgraduates are eligible
Freshers can apply
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory
Candidates must be comfortable working in voice processes and night shifts
Applicants pursuing regular college education are not eligible
Salary & Benefits:
Annual salary package between ₹3.85 LPA to ₹4.56 LPA
Zeta Meal Card benefit of ₹1,100 per month

Night shift allowance of ₹150 per shift
Overtime allowance based on business requirements
5-day working week with 2 consecutive weekly offs
