Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced recruitment for the position of Banking Operations Specialist under its BFSI division. The openings are available in Mumbai and Chennai for candidates with banking operations experience and strong analytical abilities.

The company is seeking graduates with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in banking operations. Applicants should have completed a minimum of 15 years of regular education and must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

Perform banking operations and transaction-related activities
Support BFSI operational processes efficiently
Maintain accuracy in banking documentation and reporting
Handle operational tasks within defined timelines
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients
 

Eligibility Criteria
 

Any graduate with 1–4 years of banking operations experience
Minimum 15 years of regular education required
Open university and correspondence graduates are not eligible
Candidates should have strong communication and analytical skills
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days notice period preferred
