Course Description:

The National Council of Training Academy (NCTA) offers a one-year Diploma in Kshara Karma Therapy designed to provide learners with foundational knowledge of Kshara Karma, an Ayurvedic para-surgical therapeutic approach traditionally used under qualified Ayurvedic supervision. The programme introduces students to Ayurvedic principles, Kshara preparations, therapeutic applications, patient care, hygiene, safety, and supportive clinical practices.

The course covers the fundamentals of Ayurveda, relevant anatomy and physiology, principles of Kshara Karma, preparation and handling of Kshara materials, indications and contraindications, basic wound care, hygiene, patient assessment, and post-procedure care.
