Full Job Details:

IndiGo is seeking Procurement Specialists with 1–3 years of experience to support aviation procurement operations at its Gurugram location. The role involves floating RFQs to OEMs, accredited distributors, and approved vendors, including urgent AOG requirements. Candidates will prepare comparative statements by analyzing cost, availability, lead time, shipping location, and payment terms, while validating part numbers with internal teams.

The position requires preparing and releasing purchase orders within defined timelines, coordinating with finance for approvals, and maintaining accurate procurement records in systems such as AMOS. Responsibilities also include tracking and monitoring purchase orders, maintaining AOG registers, coordinating with vendors for order acknowledgements, monitoring stock levels in coordination with warehouses, and updating the asset register with landed cost details including freight, customs duty, clearance costs, and applicable taxes.
