Full Job Details:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for fixed-term contractual employees
- Coordinate with business teams for blue-collar hiring and recruitment drives
- Handle contract extensions, contract administration, and vendor management
- Manage absconding cases and employee grievance resolution
- Support annual HR process closures
- Execute employee exit processes including Full & Final settlement
- Track replacements and attrition
- Ensure alignment of HR practices with business objectives
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders
- Use advanced Excel for HR data tracking and reporting
