NxtWave Disruptive Technologies, a fast-growing EdTech startup, is recruiting Business Development Associates (Presales) for its Telugu-speaking market. The role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, managing the sales qualification lifecycle, maintaining lead databases, and meeting weekly and monthly targets. Candidates must be native Telugu speakers with good communication skills and a sales-driven mindset, while proficiency in English is an added advantage.
This is a full-time, permanent, work-from-home role with a six-day work week. The compensation includes a fixed salary of ₹3 LPA along with performance-based incentives. The position falls under the Sales & Business Development department within the Education & Training industry and is open to graduates with 0–2 years of experience.
