American Express is hiring Apprentice Voice Process Executives (Freshers) for its Customer Success, Service & Operations team in Gurugram. This is a full-time temporary/contractual role with a hybrid work model (3 days in office).

Candidates will be responsible for processing payment credits, handling customer queries, resolving disputes, and supporting account reconciliation activities. The role also involves communicating with customers via email, maintaining compliance standards, and achieving performance targets.

Key responsibilities include analyzing customer accounts, managing payment processing within SLAs, identifying process improvement opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams across different geographies.
