94.3 MY FM (Dainik Bhaskar Group Radio Division) is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager – Advertising Sales in Delhi/NCR (Gurugram). This is a full-time permanent position for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in media or advertising sales.

The role involves managing client relationships, driving advertising sales, and handling key accounts and agencies. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, analyzing client advertising patterns, and creating customized solutions to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, conducting daily client meetings and calls, monitoring market competition, and pitching innovative advertising and activation solutions. The candidate will also focus on Non-FCT and integrated marketing solutions to enhance revenue growth.
