The National Council of Training Academy (NCTA) offers a one-year Diploma in ASU Pharmacy Machine Operator (DAPMO) harmacy machines, safe operation, cleaning and maintenance, and good manufacturing practices followed in ASU pharmaceutical units.
The course covers the fundamentals of ASU systems of medicine, classical dosage forms, raw material handling, and the operation of equipment such as pulverizers, grinders, mixers, granulators, tablet compression machines, capsule filling machines, extraction units, drying equipment, and packaging machines. Students also learn about hygiene, workplace safety, documentation, quality control basics, and regulatory compliance as applicable to ASU manufacturing units.
The programme combines theoretical learning with practical demonstrations, hands-on machine training, and case-based learning to build essential skills for working in ASU pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
