Amazon is seeking Investigation Specialists – Japanese Language to support its Customer Trust and Partner Support (CTPS) team. The role focuses on evaluating transactions, identifying fraudulent activity, and protecting Amazon’s global customer base, brand value, and profitability while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
The position involves investigating suspicious buyer behavior, communicating with buyers and merchants via email and phone, enforcing Amazon policy guidelines, identifying fraud patterns, and escalating unresolved issues through established processes. Specialists will also collaborate with internal teams, work on special projects, and consistently meet productivity and quality targets.
The role requires fluency in English and Japanese, experience with Microsoft Office, and preferably background in payments, e-commerce, fraud/risk management, data analysis, customer service, or compliance. The work schedule is shift-based, including weekends, aligned with Amazon’s 7-day operational model. Flexibility is required as shifts are finalized post-training.
