The Supervisor – Guest Relations is responsible for providing high-quality assistance and support to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. The role involves welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, providing information on services and facilities, handling complaints, coordinating special requests, and monitoring guest satisfaction. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders such as terminal operations, security, customer service, and medical teams, as well as external stakeholders including airlines, airport authorities, VIPs, and government officials. The role requires strong conflict resolution, crisis management, documentation, and guest service excellence skills. A background in hospitality management with 1–2 years of experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
