Livlong 365 is recruiting for the role of Platinum Care Advisor – Healthcare Concierge across New Delhi, Hyderabad, and Lucknow. This is a full-time permanent position in the healthcare and medical services sector, suitable for candidates with 0–5 years of experience.

The selected candidate will act as a dedicated relationship manager for premium (HNI) clients, delivering end-to-end personalized healthcare and wellness services. Responsibilities include coordinating medical services, managing client requests, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 24x7 responsiveness, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Candidates will also be responsible for generating revenue through cross-selling and upselling healthcare services, tracking performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Applicants must be graduates in any discipline with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in healthcare services, patient care, or medical sales will be an added advantage.
