Renew is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter – Manufacturing Talent Acquisition to handle end-to-end hiring for plant and manufacturing operations. The role is initially based in Gurugram and requires relocation to Vizag after one year.

The candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across production, maintenance, quality, EHS, PPC, and supply chain functions. You will collaborate closely with plant heads, HR teams, and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities include sourcing and talent mapping, managing stakeholder relationships, conducting offer negotiations, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The role demands strong expertise in plant-side recruitment, technical hiring, and handling high-volume recruitment environments.
