The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring efficient store and cluster operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, improving delivery performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading operational teams to achieve business goals.
 

Key Responsibilities

Store Manager

Manage store operations with a focus on cost efficiency and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries
Develop and strengthen the last-mile delivery network
Ensure product availability and inventory management
Execute local marketing and market development initiatives
Improve customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Train, develop, and manage store teams
Optimize store layout and delivery processes for operational efficiency

Cluster Manager

Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple dark stores
Ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence
Manage Store Managers and monitor SLA compliance
Improve delivery speed, accuracy, and customer experience
Plan and implement efficient operational processes
Drive productivity and support changing business requirements
Promote a customer-focused work culture

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate
1–4 years of relevant experience
Experience in store operations, logistics, inventory management, or last-mile delivery preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
