🔹 Role Summary
 

The Processor will handle backend operations involving HR/Benefits transaction processing, auditing, data entry, and rule-based processing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
 

Process and audit backend transactions accurately and on time
Perform data entry and basic process calculations
Maintain MIS, inventory, and quality standards
Follow data security policies and code of conduct
Work closely with SMEs and managers to improve processes

🔹 Eligibility Criteria
 

Education: B.Com / BA / BBA / B.Sc (Non-CS only)
Experience: 0–2 years (Back office / BPO preferred)
Skills: MS Office, typing speed 25 WPM with 90% accuracy, good communication
Shift: Fixed night shift (5:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Mon–Fri)
Work Environment: 24×5 operations with flexibility
