Muthoot FinCorp is inviting applications for the roles of Gold Loan Officer, Senior Officer, Loan Manager, and Senior Loan Manager at its New Delhi (Mandi, Mathura Road) location. The company is a part of the Muthoot Pappachan Group and provides digital financial services through its fintech platform.

Role Overview:
 

The selected candidates will manage end-to-end gold loan transactions, evaluate gold assets, and deliver excellent customer service. The role also includes lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales activities to expand the company’s gold loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Handle complete gold loan processing, from appraisal to loan disbursement.
Conduct gold valuation and appraisal for customers.
Travel to customer locations to complete KYC verification and loan initiation.
Generate leads through BTL marketing campaigns and customer calls.
Convert leads into successful loan transactions.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow company policies and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Timely completion of customer appointments.
Lead generation and conversion performance.
Adherence to company processes and service standards.
Customer satisfaction and quality of service.

Eligibility Criteria:
 

Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–6 years in gold loan sales, field sales, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of gold appraisal, valuation, and financial product sales.
