Tata Technologies is hiring Software Testers for its Engineering – Software & QA team in Bengaluru, India. This is a full-time permanent role suitable for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in automotive and embedded systems testing.

The role requires strong expertise in Battery Management Systems (BMS), Powertrain (Conventional, EV, Hybrid), and AUTOSAR development/testing. Candidates should be experienced in SWE5 and SWE6 testing, including developing and executing test cases on HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) setups following ASPICE standards.

Key responsibilities include analyzing functional and design requirements, testing hardware I/O signals, and ensuring quality assurance across embedded systems. Applicants should have hands-on experience with tools such as OPAL-RT Simulator, Intrepid NeoVI Fire, Vehicle Spy, Lauterbach T32, and Infineon AURIX TriCore, along with strong Python scripting and debugging skills.

Candidates must possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree (any specialization), with additional postgraduate qualifications being a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams are essential.
