Haier Appliances is recruiting for the position of Security Officer / Security Supervisor in Greater Noida. Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in industrial or corporate security operations are preferred.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end security operations, including surveillance monitoring, gate security, and vigilance activities. Key duties include developing and implementing security strategies, ensuring compliance with security regulations, and supervising guards, supervisors, and gunmen.
Applicants should have hands-on experience in CCTV monitoring, physical security, industrial security, and emergency preparedness, including firefighting training. The role also involves conducting training sessions for the security team and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols across the premises.
