This role focuses on managing procurement activities, maintaining inventory levels, coordinating logistics, and strengthening vendor relationships within the telecom supply chain.
Role Overview:
The Supply Chain Management Associate will support procurement and logistics operations by ensuring efficient sourcing of telecom equipment and services. The role also includes analysing supply chain data, maintaining compliance with regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management: Source telecom equipment and services while ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
Logistics Coordination: Oversee distribution and logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
Data Analysis: Analyse supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes.
Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and customer service teams.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–4 years in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
