Quanticate, a global data-focused Contract Research Organization (CRO), is looking for an experienced Senior Proposal Manager – Life Sciences to support global business development and drive commercial growth. This role is central to managing end-to-end proposal development, budgets, and pricing strategies for clinical research projects.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Prepare and deliver high-quality clinical study proposals, budgets, RFIs, and client bid responses
Review and quality-check all proposal and pricing documentation before submission
Partner with business development, operations, and finance teams to define competitive bidding strategies
Manage opportunity tracking systems including Salesforce and ensure accurate pipeline reporting
Support account management activities including business wins and revenue recognition
Lead, train, and develop the proposals team while improving proposal tools and processes
Deliver proposal-related training to sales and operational teams

Eligibility & Experience:
 

Mandatory experience in full-service clinical proposals within a CRO
Strong commercial and pricing expertise with exposure to multiple pricing models
Background in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or service-led organizations
Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
Fully IT-literate with CRM and standard office applications
