AlphaSense is seeking skilled Content Editors to review, edit, and proofread transcripts generated from recorded interviews, webcasts, and calls. The role involves matching transcripts verbatim to audio files, identifying speakers and product names, correcting grammar, punctuation, formatting issues, and ensuring contextual and industry-specific accuracy using internal tools or independent research.

The candidate must have strong listening skills, excellent command of English, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects. Familiarity with transcription tools, AI transcription software, and basic financial or industry knowledge (finance, tech, medical, biotech) is a plus. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to company standards while delivering high-quality content within turnaround timelines.
