Ola is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Manager – Taxation at its Bengaluru office. This is a full-time permanent role within the Finance & Accounting department, suitable for Chartered Accountants with 1 to 4 years of experience in taxation.

The role involves managing direct tax compliances, including advance tax, income tax, transfer pricing, and tax residency certifications for Indian entities and overseas subsidiaries. The candidate will also oversee TDS compliances, supervise 15CA/15CB filings, and analyze inter-company invoices in line with transfer pricing policies.

Additional responsibilities include handling tax audits, assessments, litigations, income tax provisioning, deferred tax calculations, and leading critical tax projects such as business restructurings. The role requires staying updated with changes in tax laws, conducting internal tax training sessions, and supporting business teams on day-to-day tax matters.

The position offers a competitive salary package of ₹8 to ₹10 LPA and provides an excellent opportunity to work on complex taxation matters in a large corporate environment.
