OneCard is inviting applications for the position of Repayments Associate – Inbound Collections at its Pune location. This is a full-time permanent role within the FinTech / BFSI domain, suitable for graduates with 1–4 years of experience. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
The selected candidate will handle inbound customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails related to credit card and loan repayments, including EMIs, settlements, overdue accounts, and payment arrangements. Responsibilities include providing accurate repayment information, assisting customers with payment plans, logging interactions in CRM systems, and ensuring timely follow-up.
The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multi-channel communication, and familiarity with financial products and collections processes. Candidates will work in a contact center environment with rotational shifts, and performance-based incentives may be offered based on KPIs such as quality, response time, and repayment conversion.
