Qatar Airways is recruiting for the position of Cargo Operations Manager in New Delhi, India. This is a full-time permanent opportunity in the aviation industry for professionals with 5–10 years of relevant experience in cargo and air freight operations.

The selected candidate will oversee cargo operations across the region, ensuring smooth coordination with ground handling agents (GHAs), service providers, and internal teams. The role involves monitoring KPIs, managing service level agreements, and ensuring compliance with IATA regulations and local authorities.

Key responsibilities include implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing ground handling activities, reducing operational costs, improving service quality, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The candidate will also collaborate with government and customs authorities, maintain operational efficiency, and support procurement and contract processes.

Applicants must have strong experience in airfreight operations, relationship management, and commercial awareness. A graduate or postgraduate degree is required.
