Thomson Reuters has announced an opportunity for the position of Lead Business Operations Analyst in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving governance, planning, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across large enterprise teams.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, support workforce governance, improve operational workflows, coordinate planning cycles, and create executive-level reports and communications. The role offers significant exposure to leadership decision-making and business transformation initiatives.
 

Key Responsibilities

Support workforce governance and operational planning activities
Coordinate leadership meetings and track action items, decisions, and commitments
Develop executive-ready reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications
Drive process improvement and workflow automation initiatives
Support AI-enabled operational processes and reporting solutions
Manage planning cycles, submission tracking, review activities, and post-cycle analysis
Build and maintain dashboards, operational updates, and leadership materials
Improve data quality, transparency, and operational efficiency across teams

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate or Postgraduate
Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy Operations, Governance, or similar roles

Experience with PowerApps or workflow automation is preferred
